摘 要:在新型预制装配式结构中,连接是关键,可以提高结构完整性和构件间有效传力。基于实际工程的应用,设计制作了四种新型水平拼缝抗剪连接件形式,每种类型设计3个试件,其中一种类型作为对比仅做1个试件。通过对10个试件的典型推出试验研究,对试件的破坏机理、裂缝发展、承载能力、荷载-剪切滑移曲线等进行分析。研究新、旧混凝土间的黏结作用、混凝土凹槽、横向贯穿钢筋等因素对抗剪承载力的影响,并基于已有理论对抗剪连接件受剪承载力进行验算。试验结果表明:连接件的抗剪承载力均大于理论计算值,在实际工程中应用能够保证安全可靠。In new prefabricated assembly structure,the connection is the key and it can improve the structural integrity and effective force transmission between components. Based on practical engineering application,four new types of horizontal shear connectors were designed and made,three specimens were designed in each type,a contrast specimen was made for each type. The failure mechanism,crack development,bearing capacity,load and shear-slip curve of the specimens were analyzed by the typical push-out test of 10 specimens. The influence of factors including bonding effect between new and old concrete,concrete groove,transverse through reinforcement etc on the shear bearing capacity was studied,and based on the existing theory,the shear bearing capacity of the shear connectors was checked. The experimental results showed that the shear bearing capacity of connectors was greater than the theoretical value,according to the test results,in practical engineering application it could guarantee the safety and reliability.
