摘 要:结合某工程实例,介绍了无轴式编织网格摩天轮预应力拉索的关键施工技术,详细介绍了预应力拉索安装过程中采用油压传感器测试技术对预应力拉索进行的施工过程监测及变形监测。结果表明:结合施工仿真计算结果,对钢结构变形监测可以保证预应力施工安全、有效。采用通用有限元分析软件MIDAS/Gen 800,按照图纸建立结构的整体模型,结构自重由程序自动计算,采用施加初拉力的方法来达到施加预应力的目的,按照实际的施工顺序对整个施工过程进行仿真模拟,以使调整鱼腹桁架在安装前、后基本保持水平。Based on engineering practice,the key construction technology of prestressed cable for shaftless ferris wheel was analyzed,and its installation process was described in detail. In addition,the construction process and deformation monitoring of prestressed cable were also carried out by the oil pressure sensor test technique as well as the numerical simulation. The results showed that the construction safety could be ensured by monitoring the deformation of steel construction. A full-scale construction model of prestressed cable was built with MIDAS/Gen 800 finite element software. During the simulation,the structural weight was automatically calculated by the program and the prestress was applied by means of applying the initial tensile stress. Meanwhile,the whole construction process was simulated according to the practical construction order so as to maintain the fish-bellied truss at a horizontal level before and after installation.
