西宁火车站商务区的建筑规划设计

摘　　要：以西宁市火车站核心地带1.2 km内范围为对象,承接前期核心区另外4个区域建设规划理念,从整个城市空间环境布局着眼,本着连通核心区西侧及东南侧的城市空间界面,树立城市良好形象,与城市公共环境融合的理念,对西宁火车站前商务区进行了建筑规划和设计。充分反映了建筑设计以人为本,打造集商业、办公、居住空间为一体的现代城市综合体,带动城市综合发展的近代发展策略。The planning and design was based on the detailed planning within the core area of the 1.2 kilometers along Xining railway station,which was the connection of the core planning concept with the other 4 zones in this area. Starting from the whole space layout of the city,which also have the function of connecting the city spaces both the west side and the east-south side of the core area,the planning was to making a modern complex integrating and image of the city,which could be perfected and merged into urban public environment. The architecture design,which was people-oriented set the commercial and office spaces with residential spaces,thus driving the city＇s comprehensive development.
