摘　　要：《中国共产党问责条例》是全面从严治党、依规治党重要的制度笼子,体现了十八大以来管党治党理论和实践的创新成果,是全面从严治党的重要利器。文中重点分析了《中国共产党问责条例》颁布实施的重大意义及内涵特质,探讨了当前形势下如何贯彻落实问责条例,推进全面从严治党的现实路径。＂The accountability regulations of the communist party of China＂is an important institutional cage,which contains comprehensive governing party according to the regulation,and embodies the innovation in theory and practice of the management and administration of the party since its 18 th CPC National Congress,and an important tool for the overall governing party discipline. This paper analyzed the significance and connotation Characteristics after promulgation of ＂the accountability regulations of the communist party of China,＂and discussed the practical path of how to implement the Accountability regulations at present,and how to promote comprehensive governing party strictly.
