糖肾丸联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖肾丸联合黄葵胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年12月本院收治的糖尿病肾病(DN)患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。比较两组临床疗效及中医证候疗效,观察两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿白蛋白/尿肌酐比值(ACR)。结果:治疗组在西医临床疗效及中医证候改善方面均明显优于对照组,治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、Cys-C明显低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组24 h尿蛋白定量、Cys-C治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组ACR治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后ACR明显低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组较对照组能达到更好的临床疗效及临床中医证候改善,降低DN患者24 h尿蛋白排泄、Cys-C及ACR,延缓肾小球硬化的发展,效果明显优于西医对照组。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Tangshen Pill combined with HuangkuiCapsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods：Selected 80 cases of patients with DN in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2015. Randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and controlgroup of 40 cases. Compared two groups of clinical curative effect and TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of 24 h urine protein,Cystatin C（Cys-C）,urinary albumin/ creatinine ratio（ACR）. Results：The clinical curative effect and the improvement of TCM syndromes of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group,after treatment the 24 h urine protein,Cys-C of treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The control group 24 h urine protein,Cys-C before and after treatment showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. The control group ACR before and after treatment showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment the ACR of treatment group was significantly lower than before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Compared with the control group,the treatment group can achieve better clinical curative effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms. Reduce DN patients 24 hours urinary protein,Cys-C and ACR,delay the development of glomerular sclerosis,the effect is better than Western medicine control group.
