复方黄柏液体外抗病毒试验初步研究

摘　　要：目的:简单研究复方黄柏液及其组方提取成分、水部位、醇部位体外对呼吸道合胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒1型、肠道病毒71型3种病毒的抑制作用。方法:采用致细胞病变效应法(CPE法),进行体外抗病毒试验,逐日观察细胞病变,计算得出抑毒指数。结果:复方黄柏液对3种病毒的抑毒指数是32、16、128。结论:复方黄柏液对呼吸道合胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒1型以及肠道病毒71型均具有明显的抑制作用,并且抗病毒效果呈现:EV71>RSV>HSV-1,即复方黄柏液对EV71的作用效果最好。Objective：Research on inhibitory effects of Compound Huangbai Fluid with its component extract,aqueous extract,and alcohol extract for respiratory syncytial virus,herpes simplex virus 1,and human enterovirus 71. Methods：Applying method of cytopathic effect,do antiviral test in vitro,observ cell pathological changes,and calculate therapeutic index. Results：The cytopathic effect of Compound Huangbai Fluid for three kinds of viruses is 32,16,128 separately. Conclusion：Compound Huangbai Fluid has obvious inhibition on respiratory syncytial virus,herpes simplex virus 1 and human enterovirus 71. Antiviral effect is presented：EV71RSVHSV-1,namely compound prescription cortex phellodendri chinensis fluid has the best effect on human enterovirus 71.
