参芪知甘汤治疗骨科术后肢体肿胀疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究采用参芪知甘汤治疗骨科术后肢体肿胀疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨伤一科收治的100例经手术治疗后出现肢体肿胀疼痛的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察组服用我院院内制剂参芪知甘汤进行治疗,对照组采用西医止痛药物或物理疗法进行治疗,通过分析两组的治疗结果来判断参芪知甘汤是否有效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率是92%明显高于对照组的58%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肿胀Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级所占比例分别是54%和36%,均明显高于对照组相对应分级中的26%和32%(P<0.05);观察组患者在止痛时间、消肿时间方面均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用参芪知甘汤治疗骨科术后肢体肿胀疼痛患者的临床效果非常显著,可以有效的缓解肿胀程度、缩短止痛和消肿时间,值得继续临床应用和推广。Objective：To study the use of Shenqi Zhigan Decoction in the treatment of postoperative orthopaedic limb swelling and pain. Methods：Department of orthopedics in our hospital treated 100 cases of patients with limb swelling and pain after operation as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases. Observation group was treated in hospital preparations in our hospital for treatment of Shenqi Zhigan Decoction,the control group was treated with Western pain medicine or physical therapy,the effectiveness of the two groups was determined. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group（92%）was higher than that of the control group（58%）（P〈0.05）;After treatment,the swelling of the observation group was 54% and 36%,respectively,and 26% and 32% were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The patients in the observation group pain time,swelling time were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using Shenqi Zhigan Decoction in treating orthopaedic limb swelling and pain after surgery is very significant,can effectively relieve swelling,shorten pain and swelling time,it is worth of clinical application and promotion.
