摘　　要：肿瘤严重威胁着人类的健康和生命,对其治疗策略的研究一直是临床的一大难题。齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid,OA)为五环三萜类化合物,具有显著的抗肿瘤作用。近年来,国内外学者对OA及其衍生物抗肿瘤作用进行了深入的研究,发现其对肝癌、乳腺癌、直肠癌等多种癌症都有很好的治疗作用,且OA及其衍生物在治疗肿瘤方面具有广谱抗瘤、不良反应小、安全性高、无耐药性等优点,因此在抗肿瘤作用方面具有广泛的应用前景和开发价值。查阅国内外相关文献,对OA及其衍生物抗肿瘤作用机制进行综述,为OA及其衍生物的进一步开发和应用提供理论基础和研究思路。Tumour poses a great threat to human health and life,and the research on the therapeutic strategies of it are always the serious problems in clinic. Oleanolic acid（OA）,a pentacyclic triterpenoid,exhibits significantly anti-tumor activity against many tumor cell lines and its anti-tumor activity has received more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad. Many studies of modern pharmacology revealed that OA and its derivatives have wide application foreground as well as developing value in the area of preventing and treating numerous human cancers including lung cancer,breast cancer and colon cancer due to its broad-spectrum antitumor,low side effects,high safety and no drug resistance in the treatment of tumor. In this paper,the research progress on anti-tumor mechanism of OA and its derivatives are reviewed according to various relevant literature at home and abroad in order to provide the theoretical basis and research ideas for the further study and development of OA and its derivatives.
