摘  要:东北细毛羊是吉林省西部农牧交错区饲养的主要绵羊品种,采用同情发情技术是提高其繁殖效率有效方式之一。为了比较不同的外源性生殖激素处理东北细毛羊同情发情效果的差异性,采用国产孕酮阴道海绵栓+PMSG+PG(Ⅰ组)、进口CIDR+PMSG+PG(Ⅱ组)和二次氯前列烯醇法(Ⅲ组)对285只东北细毛羊进行同期发情研究。结果表明,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组母羊同期发情率分别为81.05%和85.26%,人工授精后受胎率分别为75.32%和83.95%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组同期发情率为92.63%,与Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组相比,差异显著(P<0.05),人工授精后受胎率70.45%。综合成本与风险分析后认为,进口CIDR为首选方法,但在一定条件下国产阴道海绵栓+PMSG+PG法也可作为低成本的实用技术加以应用。Northeast Fine-wool sheep is the main sheep breed in farming-pastoral-zone in the west of Jilin province, one of the effective ways to improve the reproductive efficiency is using the technique of estrus synchronization. To compare the different effect of different treatment of exogenous reproductive hormone on the estrus synchronization of Northeast Fine-wool sheep, us- ing domestic progesterone vaginal sponge suppository +PMSG+PG(group Ⅰ), CIDR+PMSG+PG(group Ⅱ) and cloprostenol method two times(group Ⅲ) to investigate the estrus synchronization of 285 Northeast Fine-wool sheep. The results showed that, Group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ ewes estrus synchroniza- tion rate were 81.05% and 85.26%, the pregnancy rate were 75.32% and 83.95% after artificial in- semination, the difference was not significant(P〉0.05) rate was 92.63%, compared with group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, the Group Ⅲ ewes estrus synchronization difference was significant (P〈0. 05), the pregnancy rate was 70. 45% after artificial insemination. Comprehensive cost and risk analysis, the import CIDR is the preferred method, but the domestic progesterone vaginal sponge suppository +PMSG+PG method can be used as a low-cost practical technology to be widely used under certain conditions.
