摘 要:拟定了以聚酰胺树脂为吸附剂在静态和动态操作条件下 ,对微量钯的选择性吸附分离方法。实验表明 ,树脂在 0 .0 0 1~ 2 .0mol/L的HCl介质中 ,对钯的吸附性能很好 ,饱和吸附容量为 1 9.2 2~ 1 2 .88mg/g ,平均吸附率为 98.40 %。吸附到树脂中的钯可用中性 3 0 g/L硫脲溶液 (静态 )和 5 0 g/L硫脲溶液 (动态 )解脱 ,平均解脱率为 96.95 % ,富集倍数可达 1 0 0倍。结合原子吸收光度法 ,可用于矿石中微量钯的富集分离和测定 ,标准加入回收试验 ,回收率为 96.0 %~1 0 3 .0 % ,标样分析结果与推荐值相符。A new method for concentration and separation of trace palladium based on the selective absorption of Pd on polyamide resin was developed. The results show that the resin has high absorption ability for Pd in 0.001 ~2.0 mol/L of HCl solution with a saturated absorption capacity of 19.22~12.88 mg/g and an average absorption rate of 98.40% for Pd. The palladium absorbed on the resin can be eluted out by 30 g/L and 50 g/L of neutral thiourea solutions for stationary and dynamic elution respectively.A average elution rate is 96.95% with an enrichment factor of 100 for Pd. Combined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the method has been applied to the determination of trace Pd in standard ores. The recovery for the standard addition test is 96.0%~103.0% and the analytical results are in agreement with certified values.
