结肠创伤Ⅰ期手术适应证的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠创伤Ⅰ期手术的适应证，提高结肠创伤Ⅰ期手术率，降低并发症和病死率。方法对手术治疗的96例结肠创伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果96例中单纯结肠创伤31例，合并伤65例。Ⅰ期手术治疗85例均痊愈，无肠瘘及死亡。Ⅱ期手术治疗11例，治愈8例，死亡3例。结论结肠创伤的Ⅰ期手术安全、可行，依据患者全身状况，其手术适应证可适当放宽。Objective To study the indications of one-stage operation for colon injury, Improve one-stage operation rates and reduce complications and mortality in colon injury. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinic data of 96 cases with colon injury treated by surgery. Results 31 patients had colon injury only, 65 had combined injuries, 85 patients treated by one-stage operation, no intestinal fistula and death occurred.In 11 patients treated by two-stage operation, 8 patients cured but 3 died. Conclusions One-stage operation for colon injury is safe and feasible.According to the general condition of patients, the indications may be relaxed.
