耳穴埋豆对老年髋关节置换术后谵妄的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨辨证运用耳穴埋豆对老年髋关节置换术后谵妄的疗效。方法将2012年1月至2015年12月治疗的120例髋关节置换术后谵妄患者按照随机数字表均分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组术后常规抗凝、抗炎、精神药物等治疗，观察组在常规抗凝、抗炎的基础上辨证运用耳穴埋豆治疗。治疗结束时比较两组首次发生谵妄时间、谵妄持续时间、谵妄症状缓解有效率、功能、疼痛、生活质量等改善情况以及满意度的差异。结果观察组首次发生谵妄时间晚于对照组，谵妄持续时间少于对照组，总有效率、疼痛、生活质量改善程度和满意度优于对照组，差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论运用耳穴埋豆治疗老年髋关节置换术后谵妄疗效显著，优于常规治疗，无明显副作用。临床值得推广。Objective To investigate the the clinical research of auricular beans on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip replacement. Methods From January 2012 to December 2015, 120 cases of hip replacement patients with postoperative delirium were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table （n=60） .The control group were given routine treatment, for example： the anti coagulation, anti inflammation and psychotropic drugs routine care. The research group were additionally provided with the f auricular bean treatment. The first time of delirium, the duration time of delirium, the rate of delirium symptom remission, the function, the pain, the quality of life improvement and the satisfaction were reviewed and compared at the end of treatment. Results The first time of delirium in the research group was later than the control group, the duration of delirium time in the research group was less than the control group.The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The rate of delirium symptom remission, the function, the pain, the quality of life improvement and the satisfaction in the research group had advantage over the control group.The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions The using of auricular beans on postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip replacement had obvious curative effect.It is superior to the conventional therapy with no obvious side effects, making itworth of promotion.
