摘 要:目的探讨复合微孔多聚糖止血球(CMPD)在改良盆底重建术治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月至2015年12月期间手术治疗的盆腔脏器脱垂的患者200例,按照止血方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组采用CMPD治疗,对照组采用医用生物蛋白胶(FG)治疗,由同一主刀医生进行手术,两组术中分别常规采用0.5gCMPD或5ml FG喷洒于腹腔创面。记录两组患者术中出血严重程度、止血成功率、止血时间;以及术后输血量、渗出量、血红蛋白降低值、24h引流量、48M1流量等指标,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者术中出血严重程度、止血成功率和止血时间等指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组患者术后输血量、渗出量、血红蛋白降低值、术后24h引流量、术后48h引流量等指标均明显低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微孔多聚糖止血球在改良盆底重建术治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂中止血具有快速、可靠的止血作用,术后恢复快,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the composite microporous polysaccharide hemostatic ball ( CMPD ) in modified pelvic floor reconstruction of female pelvic organ prolapse Clinical effects of treatment. Methods 200 patients in our hospital in the period from January 2012 to December 2015 pelvic organ prolapse surgery, according to different methods to stop bleeding into the observation group and the control group of 100 patients in the observation group therapy using CMPD the control group, fibrin glue ( FG ) treatment, surgery by the same surgeon, two conventional surgery were sprayed with 0.5gCMPD or 5mlFG abdominal cavity wounds. Two groups of patients recorded the severity of bleeding, hemostasis success rate, time to stop bleeding; blood transfusion and postoperative bleeding volume, lower hemoglobin values, 24h drainage, 48h drainage and other indicators, and statistical analysis.Results The severity of bleeding in patients in the observation group, the success rate of bleeding and bleeding time and other indicators of the control group had no significant difference (P〉0.05) ; postoperative blood transfusion, bleeding of patients in the observation group, lower hemoglobin values, drainage after 24h, 48h after drainage and other indicators were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions The microporous polysaccharide hemostatic ball at improving the treatment of female pelvic floor reconstruction of pelvic organ prolapse in bleeding fast, reliable hemostasis, rapid postoperative recovery, worthy of clinical application.
