双Endobutton钢板治疗Rockwood Ⅲ-Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位

摘　　要：目的探讨双Endobutton钢板治疗Rockwood Ⅲ-Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法2011年6月至2015年6月采用双Endobutton钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱住患者27例，男18例，女9例；年龄32-71岁。左12例、右15例。手术时间：伤后3-7d，平均4．3d。分型（Rockwood分型）。Ⅲ型14例、Ⅳ型8例、Ⅴ型5例。肩关节功能根据Karlsson标准评价疗效。结果本组27例患者，切口均Ⅰ期愈合，随访时间7-13个月，平均11个月。所有患者术后早期均无明显的肩关节疼痛。末次随访时，根据Karlsson标准评价疗效。优17例、良9例、差1例。结论利用双Endobutton钢板治疗Rockwood Ⅲ-Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位固定牢靠，并发症少，无须二次取出，术后可早期进行功能锻炼，疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of Double Endobutton plates for the treatment of Rockwood type m to v acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods From June 2011 to June 2015, 27 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with Double Endobutton plates. There were 18 males and 9 females, ranging in age from 32 to 71years old. 12 patients had dislocations in the left and 15 patients in the right. Operation time was 3 to 7 dates （ averaged 4.3 dates ） . Rockwood type Ⅲwas 14 cases, Rockwood type Ⅳ was 8 cases, Rockwood type V was 5 cases.The karsslon criterion was used to evaluate shoulder joint function. Results All the patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 7 to 13 months, with average of 11 months. All the patients no pain occurred .According to karsslon criterion, 17 patients had good shoulder joint function, fine was 9 cases, bad was 1 case.Conclusion Treatment of Rockwood type Ⅲ to Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation with Double Endobutton plates has satisfactory clinical outcome, few complications, without secondary operation and early functional exercise postoperatively.
