摘  要:针对南凹寺煤矿"U"型通风工作面上隅角瓦斯超限频繁,严重制约安全高效回采的问题,通过对其瓦斯来源和地质条件进行分析以及瓦斯治理技术的优选,最终采用顶板高位钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯的技术来解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题,并取得了良好的效果。经在南凹寺煤矿30405回采工作面试验考察,顶板高位钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度达到40%~80%;每组6个钻孔的抽采纯量约为5~8 m^3/min;回采割煤期间上隅角瓦斯最大浓度仅为0.33%,回采速度提升近1倍,保障了矿井的安全快速回采。According to the problem of the gas content over limit frequently in the upper corner of the U type w^ntilation in the under- ground mine and seriously restricted the safety and efficiency of coal extraction, through the analysis of the gas sources and the geological conditions and the optimal selection of the gas control technology, finally, using high - located drillings method to goal gas drainage to solve the problem of gas content over limit in upper corner, and also obtained very successful results. Experimented and investigated at 30405 working face in Nan wa - si Coal Mine, the results showed that the concentration of gas drainage with the high - located drill- ings method in roof was up to 40% - 80% ; the volume of pure gas of the 6 drillings in each group was about 5 - 8 m3/min; the maxi- mum gas concentration was only 0.33% when cutting coal, the mining speed increased nearly double, it guaranteed driving speed of coal mining safely and fast.
