摘　　要：棘球蚴病是由棘球属绦虫的幼虫引起的一种危害严重的人兽共患寄生虫病。本文结合基层的防控工作,从病原学、流行病学、临诊症状、病理变化、诊断方法、防控措施及展望等方面进行了概述,以期为该病的防控提供参考。Echinococcosis is a serious parasitic zoonosis caused by the Cestode larva belonging to the genus Echinococcus. In combination with the work of prevention and control for hydatid disease in grassroot-level areas, a review was made in order to provide reference for its control, which included the etiology, epidemiology, clinical symptom, pathological change, diagnosis method, prevention and control measures and prospect of prevention and control, etc.
