摘 要:目的探讨同伴教育对农村2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制、自我管理能力和运动依从性的影响。方法从两个自然村中选取T2DM患者,其中一个村的患者设为对照组,共35例,另一个村的患者设为观察组,共33例。所有患者均给予常规教育,观察组在常规教育的基础上实施同伴教育。在实施教育前及教育后1年,比较两组患者餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)、空腹血糖(FBG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平,以及运动依从性和自我管理能力。结果实施教育后1年,观察组患者的FBG、2h PBG及Hb A1c水平较前降低,且均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者自我管理能力评分和每周运动次数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同伴教育有利于降低T2DM患者血糖水平,提高患者的运动依从性,改善患者自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of peer education on blood glucose control,self-management ability and exercise compliance in rural patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Patients with T2DM were sdected from two villages. Thirty-five patients from one village were enrolled as control group, and 33 patients from another village as observation group. Conventional education was performed in all patients. The observation group roceived peer education on the basis of conventional education. The levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG) ,fasting blood glucose (FBG) and hemoglobin A1 c (HbAlc), exercise compliance and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before education and after one year of education. Results After one year of education,the levels of FBG,2hPBG and I-IbAlc in the observation group were lower than those before education and those in the control group(P 〈0.05). The score of self-management ability and the times of exercise for every week in the obServation group were higher than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Peer education is helpful for reducing blood glucose level,improving exercise compliance and self-management ability in the patients with T2DM.
