摘  要:目的:探讨化疗后序贯培元固本中药治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌体液免疫及细胞免疫能力的影响。方法:选取2013年7月—2015年5月就诊于上海市肺科医院的49例不能手术的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,21例接受GP(吉西他滨+顺铂)方案化疗并序贯培元固本中药治疗的患者为治疗组;28例单纯GP方案化疗的患者为对照组,检测患者的血清免疫球蛋白、白细胞介素和CD细胞的表达水平。结果:免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白A在对照组明显降低(P<0.05),而治疗组无明显降低。而且治疗组在联合治疗后免疫球蛋白G明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。白细胞介素II受体在对照组无明显变化,而在治疗组明显降低(P<0.05)。CD16+/CD56+细胞在治疗组无明显变化,而在对照组明显下降(P<0.05);CD8+在治疗组无明显变化,而在对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:化疗后给予培元固本中药序贯治疗可明显提高化疗患者的免疫功能,降低化疗后出现合并症的机会,使得患者能够顺利完成化疗,提高疗效。Objective : To investigate the effects of sequential origin - reinforcing root - securing decoction after chemotherapy in advanced non - small cell lung cancer on the humoral and cellular immunity. Methods : Forty - nine cases of unresectable and advanced non - small cell lung cancer patients recruited from July 2013 to May 2015 in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital were ran- domly divided into two groups. Twenty - one patients who received GP ( gemcitabine + cisplatin) chemotherapy and sequential ori- gin - reinforcing root - securing decoction were as the treatment group and twenty - eight patients who were only treated with GP regimen was as the control group. The expression of serum immunoglobulin, interleukin and CD cells were detected. Results : Immu- noglobulin G and immunoglobulin A were significantly decreased in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05) while the treatment group was not significantly decreased. In the treatment group, the expression of immunoglobulin G was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Interleukin II receptor had no obvious change in the control group, but decreased significantly in the treatment group (P 〈 0. 05 ). CD16^+/CD56^+ cells had no obvious change in the treatment group while decreased significantly in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). CD8^+ had no obvious change in the treatment group while significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Sequential Origin - Reinforcing Root - Securing Decoction after chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune function of patients administered with chemotherapy and then decrease the opportunity of complications after chemotherapy so that the patients can successfully complete the chemotherapy and improve the effect of treatment.
