摘　　要：目的:评价医用臭氧水侧隐窝注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎的临床疗效。方法:对符合纳入标准的腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎患者80例给予医用臭氧水侧隐窝注射治疗,每周1次,连续治疗3次为一个疗程。分别于治疗前后以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和直腿抬高角度评估疼痛程度和下肢的活动度,并用镇痛效果评定标准评价总有效率。出针即刻评价镇痛起效时间。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后VAS评分明显降低,直腿抬高角度明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显效16例,有效58例,无效6例,总有效率为92.5%;镇痛起效时间为(3.2±0.9)min。结论:医用臭氧水侧隐窝注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎起效快,安全有效,具有临床推广价值。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of medical ozone injection on spinal radiculitis from LDH. Methods： 80 patients were treated with medical ozone injection on the lateral recess, 1 time a week, 3 times as a course. Results： The differences of the VAS score and the straight leg-raising angle between before and after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, 16 cases were markedly improved; 58 cases were effective; 6 cases were invalid; the efficiency was 92.5%. The onset time is （3.2±0.9） minutes. Conclusion： Medical ozone injection on the lateral recess was effective on spinal radiculitis from LDH, with safety, and is worthy of promotion.
