丹藤消抗汤治疗抗精子抗体阳性不孕症75例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:通过观察丹藤消抗汤加减治疗抗精子抗体(As Ab)阳性不孕症患者疗效,进一步探讨中药治疗此类免疫性不孕的研究。方法:筛选临床不孕症患者中As Ab阳性者为治疗组,应用丹藤消抗汤辨证加减治疗,同时对照应用口服强的松及避孕套避孕方法治疗,分析两组治疗效果,总结临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.3%,对照组总有效率为68.3%。结论:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01),丹藤消抗汤治疗As Ab疗效确切。Objective： The efficacy of the Danteng Xiaokang decoltion on infertility patients with AsAb was observed, to further study on treating infertility in TCM. Methods： The treatment group was treated with the Danteng Xiaokang decoction; the control group was given prednisone and contraception. The efficacy was compared. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 89.3%, and 68.3% in the control group. Conclusion： The effect in the treatment group was significantly better, with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. The Danteng Xiaokang decoction on infertility patients with AsAb shows a good effect.
