摘　　要：目的:对DNA免疫吸附治疗系统性红斑狼疮患者的临床价值进行探讨分析。方法:我院2009年2月-2013年5月共收治50例系统性红斑狼疮患者,将其平均分为研究组和对照组。对照组应用常规疗法,研究组应用DNA免疫吸附治疗。结果:研究组生理功能、精神状况、Ig G、Ig A以及Ig M等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用DNA免疫吸附法治疗系统性红斑狼疮可显著改善健康状况,增强疗效。Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of DNA immunoadsorption therapy on systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods： From February 2009 to May 2013, 50 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups, 25 cases in each. The control group was given conventional therapy; and the study group was given DNA immunoadsorption therapy. Results： Physiological function, mental status, IgG, IgA, and IgM, etc. in the study group were better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DNA immunoadsorption therapy on systemic lupus erythematosus can improve health status of patients, and heighten effects.
