摘　　要：《贵妇人画像》是由美国现代派诗人威廉·卡洛斯·威廉斯创作的一首短诗,虽然知名度远不及《伟大的数字》和《红色手推车》,但结合它的创作摹本——法国名画《秋千》对其进行跨艺术诗学的解读,便会发现其独特的魅力与美感。因此从跨艺术诗学的视角出发,通过分析诗歌中的对话,发掘从绘画文本到诗歌文本的"艺格符换",找寻威廉斯将诗歌与绘画相结合的独特方式,论证《贵妇人画像》是诗歌与绘画的一次完美对话,完善以往对该诗篇单作语言文本解读的不足。＂Portrait of a Lady＂, a short poem written by William Carlos Williams, an American modern poet, is not so well known as his other poems such as＂The Great Figure＂and＂The Red Wheelbarrow＂.However, we can find unique charm and beauty in this poem, if we read it side by side with the painting＂The Swing＂.Approaching the poem from the perspec-tive of the inter-art poetics, this paper intends to explore the ekphrasis from the painting to the poem, with the analysis of the dialogue in the poem, and argues that this poem is a wonderful dialogue between poetry and painting and unravels some puzzling issues in previous studies.
