摘  要:研究了不同退火温度对热轧基板热镀锌钢板组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:试验材料的抗拉强度和屈服强度随退火温度的升高,先上升后降低。当退火温度为640℃时,抗拉强度和屈服强度最高。从机理上看,固溶在基体组织中的TiC弥散析出,是材料强度提高的主要原因,而随着退火温度的进一步提高,析出物和铁素体晶粒粗大,材料强度降低。The influence of annealing temperature on the mechanical property and structure of hot-rolling base sheet for hot galvanizing is studied. It is show ed from the study that the tensile strength and yield strength of the test materials get higher along with the annealing temperature raised,and rise at first and then go dow n. When annealing temperature as 640 ℃,the two strengths get the highest value. From the angle of mechanism,the main reason for higher strengths is that TiC solid-solved in the matrix structure is dispersed and separated out,and along with annealing temperature further higher,the precipitate and ferrite grains get thick and big and cause the strengths lower.
