埃索美拉唑对消化性溃疡患儿血清、胃液白细胞介素及抗氧化指标的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究埃索美拉唑对消化性溃疡患儿血清、胃液白细胞介素及抗氧化指标的影响状态。方法选取2013年6月-2015年7月医院门诊和住院病房收治的60例消化性溃疡患儿为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例患儿,对照组以奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组则以埃索美拉唑进行治疗,然后将两组患儿治疗前、后的血清、胃液白细胞介素及抗氧化指标进行分别检测,并比较两组不同时间点的检测结果。结果治疗前两组患儿的血清、胃液白细胞介素及抗氧化指标比较,无统计学差异(均P>0.05),而治疗后不同时间观察组的血清、胃液白细胞介素均低于对照组,血清和胃液抗氧化指标均好于对照组,有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑对消化性溃疡患儿血清、胃液白细胞介素及抗氧化指标的影响相对更好,对于消化性溃疡的应用价值相对更高。Objective To research the effect of esomeprazole on interleukin and antioxidant indexes in serum and gastric juice of children with peptic ulcer. Methods Sixty children with peptic ulcer were selected from the hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 as study objects, then they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 children in each group. The children in control group were treated with omeprazole, while the children in observation group were treated with esomeprazole. The levels of interleukin and antioxidant indexes in serum and gastric juice before and after treatment in the two groups were detected respectively, and the detection results at different time points in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of interleukin and antioxidant indexes in serum and gastric juice between the two groups （P〉0.05） . After treatment, the levels of interleukin in serum and gastric juice at different time points in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the levels of antioxidant indexes in serum and gastric juice at different time points in observation group were higher than those in control group, there were statistically significant differences （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion The effect of esomeprazole on interleukin and antioxidant indexes in serum and gastric juice of children with peptic ulcer is good, and its application value for peptic ulcer is high.
