通经调脏流派手法治疗代谢综合征疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的观察采用通经调脏流派手法治疗代谢综合征的临床效果。方法采用临床随机对照实验方法将360例代谢综合征患者分为通经调脏治疗组和西药对照组各180例,分别在治疗前、后检测体重指数、身体脂肪率、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、血清瘦素、瘦素受体。结果治疗组患者治疗显效113例,有效49例,无效17例,治疗总有效率90.0%;对照组患者显效87例,有效62例,无效31例,治疗总有效率82.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前、后体重指数、身体脂肪率、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、血清瘦素、瘦素受体变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通经调脏流派手法可加快脂肪的代谢和吸收,减少皮下脂肪的积聚,纠正代谢功能异常,是治疗代谢综合征的有效手段。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongjing Tiaozang manipulations in treatment of metabolism syndrome. Meth. ods A total of 360 patients with metabolism syndrome were randomly divided into Tongjing Tiaozang manipulations group and control group, 180 patients in each group. Body mass index （BMI）, body fat percentage, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride （TG）, serum leptin, and leptin receptor levels before aud after treatment were detected. Results In Tongjing Tiaozang manipulations group, the treatment was markedly effective in I13 cases, effective in 49 cases, and ineffective in 17 cases, the total effective rate was 90.0% ; in control group, the treatment Was markediy effective in 87 cases, effective in 62 cases, and ineffective in 31 cases, the total effective rate was 82. 8% , there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05） . In the two groups, there were statistically significant differences in BMI, body fat percentage, fasting blood glucose, TG, serum leptin, and leptin receptor levels between before and after treatment （ P〈0. 05 ） ; after treatment, there was no statistically significant diffk, rence ill the abovementioned indexes between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Tongjing Tiaozaug manipulations cau accelerate lipid lnetabolism and absorption, reduce accumulation of subcutaneous tat, and correct abnormal metabolic function, Which is an effective method in treatment of metabolic syndrome.
