摘 要:3D打印技术是目前制造业领域正在迅速发展的一项新兴技术,特别是用于医疗卫生行业的生物3D打印技术,在临床和医学科研方面的应用受到了医学界的广泛关注。3D打印技术仿生制造的器官、组织具有较好的生物力学特性和较高的细胞相容性,弥补了组织工程的缺点与不足。本文概述了近年来3D打印技术的发展及其在胸心外科学尤其在气管、食管和心脏瓣膜的构建中的应用和前景。Three-dimensional( 3 D) printing technology is developing rapidly as an emerging technology at present in the manufacturing sector, especially bioprinting for the health care industry. The application in clinical and medical research has received the widespread attention. Printed organs and tissues have better biomechanics properties and cytocompatibility. They make up shortcomings and deficiencies of tissue engineering, can be used in clinical in the future. This review focuses on the development of 3D printing technology in recent years and its use and prospect in the field of cardiothoracic surgery including trachea, esophagus and heart valve.
