摘  要:以油茶优良无性系‘闽43’和‘闽60’所产果实为试材,研究油茶果实生长发育过程中油脂积累规律。结果表明,‘闽43’和‘闽60’种子中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)和磷脂酸磷酸酯酶(PPase)活性均在9月至果实成熟期间快速上升,基本上与种子内油脂合成的高峰期相吻合,ACCase和PPase活性与种子中粗脂肪含量均呈显著正相关,表明油茶种子内ACCase和PPase活性促进了油脂合成。两无性系种子的粗脂肪含量与可溶性蛋白含量呈显著正相关,与还原糖含量呈极显著负相关,与可溶性淀粉含量呈极显著正相关。可见油脂的积累伴随着蛋白质与糖类的代谢、分解与转化,推测一部分的蛋白质和糖类可被代谢转化形成油脂。This paper studied the variation of oil accumulation during fruit development in Camellia oleifera based on the fruits of ‘Min 43' and ‘Min 60'. The mian results showed that the ACCase and PPase activity in the seeds of ‘Min 43' and ‘Min 60' all rose rapidly from September 10 th to November 9th, coincided with the peak period of oil synthesis in the seeds basically.The fat content and ACCase and PPase activity of the seed showed a significant positive correlation, which indicated that ACCase and PPase activity promoted fat synthesis in the seeds.The crude fat was significant positively correlated with soluble protein content, extremely negatively correlated with reducing sugar content, and very positively correlated with soluble starch content. Thus we could see that the accumulation of fat was accompanied by metabolism, decomposition and transformation of protein and carbohydrates.We conjecture that a portion of protein and carbohydrate could be metabolized and transformed to fat.
