摘　　要：目的总结疱疹性咽峡炎的应急措施和健康教育对策,为幼儿园规避大面积感染提供借鉴与参考。方法隔离15名已患病幼儿,对其他幼儿采取应急措施。结果经采取应急措施和健康教育,及时控制了疫情发展,患病幼儿得到了较好治疗。结论幼儿园爆发疱疹性咽峡炎,应及时隔离患病幼儿,采取严格晨检、午检、消毒、宣传和管理、均衡膳食等有效措施控制疫情,避免大面积感染。Objective summarize the emergency measures and health education strategiesfor a herpangina outbreak in a kindergarten, so as to provide the reference for avoiding the large infection in kindergartens. Methods The 15 sick infants were isolated and the emergency measures,such as the morning check, afternoon inspection, strict disinfection, publicity and management, and the balanced diet, were taken. Results After the implementation of the emergency measures and health education, the epidemic development situation was timely controlled, and the sick infants received a good treatment. Conclusion When the herpangina outbreak occurs in a kindergarten, the isolation of sick infants in time and effective measures above-mentioned are necessary to avoid large infection.
