摘　　要：建筑物的设计应有良好的抗震性能,由于我国所处地区地壳活跃易发生地震,故为避免地震带来的危害以及损失,保证人民群众的生命以及财产安全,应在设计建筑物时提高建筑的抗震能力,要在设计建筑物时考虑各个方面的因素,根据不同建筑物的不同特点来进行抗震的设计规划,全方面地提高建筑物的质量。The design of the building should have good anti-seismic performance, because our country is located in an area of the crust is relatively active, very prone to earthquakes, so in order to avoid the earthquake hazards and losses, ensure that people＇s lives and property safety, will be in the design of the building, to improve the seismic capacity of buildings, to consider all factors in the design of the building, to the design of seismic planning according to different characteristics of different buildings, the quality of all aspects of the building.
