摘　　要：由于受国家政策,食品安全,劳动力成本,人们生活水平等因素的影响,中国家禽加工业将要发生一次大的变革,家禽加工装备紧随其后。多年市场持续低迷,白羽肉鸡加工企业的利润逐年降低,促使白羽肉鸡加工,向超大规模、高度自动化、精细化方向发展,目前,产能已经达到了单线13 500只/h。土鸡受到新兴市场的引领,一些企业的产能达到或接近10 000只/h的能力,正在向规模化、自动化、个性化方向发展。Due to the effect of the national policy, food safety, costs of labor, living standards of people and other factors, Chinese poultryprocessing industry would have a huge revolution, and poultry processing equipment was following up. For many years, the market was continued sluggish and the profit of white feather broiler processing enterprises decreased year by year. It promoted the white feather broil- er processing development tothe ultra - large scale, high automation and refinement direction. At pres- ent, the production capacity had reached single line 13 500/h. The native chicken was led by emerging markets, and the production capacity of some enterprises had reached or approached to 10 000/h. It was- developing toward the direction of scale, automation, personalization.
