清心莲子汤治疗太阴人糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味清心莲子汤治疗太阴人糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(DED)的临床疗效。方法共收集DED患者有效病例90例,随机分为3组,采用统一的标准,分别在服药前、服药2周、4周填写国际勃起功能评分表(IIEF-5)和勃起质量量表问卷(EQS)。结果加味清心莲子汤联合西地那非组:治愈3例,显效12例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率70%,相比单用加味清心莲子组(总有效率46.7%)和单用西地那非组(总有效43.3%)疗效显著,加味清心莲子汤联合西地那非和其余两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单用西地那非和单用加味清心莲子汤治疗DED均有效,但总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。结论加味清心莲子汤对DED的治疗有效,增强勃起硬度,提高临床疗效,同时对西药治疗DED有增效作用,联合应用后的良好治疗效果值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction in the treatment of Taiyin diabetic erectile dysfunction（DED）. Methods 90 DED effective cases were randomly divided into 3 groups. Let them fill out the international erectile function scale（IIEF-5） and erection quality scale questionnaire（EQS） before taking the medicine, after 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Results In the modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with sildenafil group, 3 cases were cured, 12 cases were excellent, 6 cases were effective, 9 cases had no effect, and the total effective rate was 70%. It was more effective than modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction（total effective rate 46.7%） and the sildenafil group（total effective rate 43.3%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction group and the sildenafil group were effective, but the difference had no statistically significance. Conclusion The modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction in the treatment of DED is effective. It can enhance erection hardness and improve clinical curative effect. Meanwhile the modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction has synergistic effect of Western medicine＇s treatment of DED. The modified Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with sildenafil in treating DED is worthy of clinical promotion.
