摘　　要：张士舜教授从医50多年,在肠癌治疗方面积累了丰富经验。文章从其对肠癌病因病机的认识、论治原则、常用治疗大法三方面来阐述其治疗肠癌的经验,以指导临床运用。张老认为癌毒形成是癌症发病的特异病因,抗癌力弱是肠癌发生的决定因素和主要病机。论治原则讲究辨证论治与辨病论治相结合,同病异治,指标与治本相结合,重视健脾补肾。Professor Zhang Shishun has become a doctor for 50 years. He has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of col-orectal cancer. This article will elaborate experience of treatment from the understanding of cancer etiology and pathogenesis, treat-ment principle and commonly used treatment. Professor Zhang thinks that cancer toxin is the specific cause of cancer incidence. The cancer-fighting ability is the decisive factor and the main pathogenesis of colorectal cancer. He stresses on the combination of syn-drome differentiation and disease differentiation, treating the same disease with different methods, treating both the incidental and fundamental aspects and strengthening the spleen and kidney.
