健脾养胃散治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察健脾养胃散治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎临床疗效。方法选取门诊脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者624例按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组416例和对照组208例,治疗组用健脾养胃散,对照组用永春养脾散,治疗1-4周后进行证候（单个主症）缓解情况、总有效率的评估。结果两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）;主症腹胀消失率达100%,对各证候均有显著疗效。结论健脾养胃散临床疗效确切,药效平和,无副作用,在临床上取得了较为满意的效果。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yangwei powder in the treatment of gastritis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach. Methods Selecting 624 cases of gastritis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach patients in our hospital, they were randomly divided into treatment group of 416 cases and control group of 208 cases. The treatment group used Jianpi Yangwei powder. The control group used Yongchun Yangpi powder. After treatment of 1 to 4 weeks, and conduct syndromes remission and to-tal efficiency assessment were carried out. Results There were significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Main symptoms disappear bloating rate was 100%, and each syndrome had a significant effect. Conclusion Jianpi Yangwei powder in the treatment of gastritis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach has definitely clinical curative effect. It has mild efficacy and no side effects.It achieved satisfactory result in clinical medicine.
