韩雪教授麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的经验

摘　　要：韩雪教授结合小儿生理、病理特点,主要从小儿肺炎喘嗽中医病名、病因病机和病案举例三个方面进行阐述。她认为痰热闭肺兼血瘀所致小儿肺炎喘嗽,治疗方面注重清热化痰兼活血化瘀药物,运用麻杏石甘汤合千金苇茎汤加减治疗,切中病机,临床效果卓著。附验案2则以验证。Combining with pediatric physiological and pathological characteristics, Professor Han Xue elaborated pneumonia in chil-dren asthma mainly from TCM diseases, etiology, pathogenesis and medical records. She believes phlegm off the lung and blood stasis caused by pneumonia asthma in children should focus on the treatment of phlegm and blood circulation drugs, and use modified Maxing Shigan decoction and Qianjin Weijing decoction, which hit the pathogenesis, the clinical effect was outstanding. 2 cases were annexed for verification.
