新癀片外敷治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察新癀片外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将72例带状疱疹患者随机分为中药组(A组)、中药加新癀片外敷组(B组)、中药加阿昔洛韦乳膏外敷组(C组),每组各24例。3组均口服中药颗粒剂7天,B组外敷新癀片每天3次,连续7天,C组外敷阿昔洛韦软膏,每天6次,连续7天。记录3组治疗前、治疗后3、7天疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及疼痛消失、皮疹停发、水疱开始干涸、水疱完全干涸时间。结果治疗3、7天后B、C组与A组疼痛评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疼痛消失时间B组与A、C组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮疹停发时间B组与A、C组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);水疱干涸时间B组与A、C比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);水疱完全结痂时间B组与A、C组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新癀片外敷是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xinhuang tablets in the topical treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 72 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group（group A）, Chinese medicine combined with Xin-huang tablets topical treatment group（group B） and Chinese medicine combined with aciclovir cream group（group C）, and each group had 24 cases. All of three groups took Chinese medicine granules for 7 days. Group B had Xinhuang tablets topical treatment 3times a day, successively for 7 days. Group C had aciclovir cream topical treatment 6 times a day, successively for 7 days. Before treatment and 3, 7 day after treatment pain visual analog score（ VAS） and pain disappeared, rash stopped, vesicle began to dry,vesicle completely dry up time of the three groups were recorded. Results After treatment of 3 and 7 days, the pain VAS of group B,C compared with group A were statistically significant（ P0.05）, and group B comparing with group C was no statistically significant（ P〉0.05）. The differences on pain disappeared, rash stopped, vesicle began to dry, vesicle completely dry up time group B compared with group C, A were statistically significant（ P0.05）. Conclusion Xinhuang tablets topical application is an effective method in the treatment of herpes zoster.
