八正散结合针刺及膀胱区蜡疗治疗卒中后神经源性膀胱疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨八正散结合膀胱区蜡疗对于卒中后神经源性膀胱的治疗效果。方法将患者按照数字表法分为观察组和对照组各20例,治疗组在常规膀胱功能锻炼的基础上进行治疗,包括口服八正散汤剂,针灸,膀胱区蜡疗三联法。对照组采用常规口服索利那新片治疗及膀胱功能锻炼,均治疗3周后对比临床疗效。结果传统中医三联法观察组的总有效率90.0%,明显高于对照组65.0%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;结论传统中医三联法八正散结合针灸,膀胱区蜡疗对于脑卒中后神经源性膀胱治疗效果确切,相对于口服西药索利那新其毒副作用小,更加安全有效,更易为患者所接受,值得临床进一步开展应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture and kerotherapy at bladder region in the treatment of post-stroke neurogenic bladder. Methods Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 20 cases. The treatment group received Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture and kerotherapy at bladder region triple method on the basis of normal bladder function exercise treatmen. The control group received routine treatment and the new oral Thorley bladder functional exercise. The clinical effect after 3 weeks of treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy in the observation group was 90.0 % which was significantly higher than 65.0% of the control group P 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy of Bazheng powder combined with acupuncture, wax therapy of bladder region for neurogenic bladder after stroke has the exactly therapeutic effect, comparing with oral administration of Western medicine cable, the poisonous side effect is small, safer and more effective, and is more easily accepted by the patients. It is worthy of further clinical application.
