摘　　要：目的探讨老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床护理措施及护理体会。方法选取老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者60例,在采取中西医治疗方法的基础上,进行综合护理。结果治愈26例(43.3%),显效25例(41.7%),有效9例(15%),治疗总有效率为100%。结论综合护理可提高患者的治愈率。Objective To study clinical nursing measures and nursing experience of senile skin pruritus. Methods 60 patients with senile skin pruritus adopted the therapy of integrated medicine along with comprehensive nursing. Results 26 cases were cured（ 43.3%）, 25 cases were markedly improved（ 41.7%）, 9 cases were effective（ 15%）, and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the cure rate of patients.
