活血愈脉方穴位敷贴涌泉穴治疗颈动脉粥样硬化症的临床研究分析

摘　　要：目的观察活血通脉方敷贴涌泉穴对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法 80例入选患者随机分为两组各40例,按照治疗组、对照组根据1∶1匹配原则。治疗组口服阿司匹林100 mg/d,同时予中药穴位敷贴足涌泉穴,对照组与阿司匹林100mg/日口服,同时用安慰剂麦麸敷贴涌泉穴。疗程为6个月;观察比较两组患者治疗前与治疗6个月后颈动脉IMT、血脂、CRP、肝肾功能情况。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组血脂水平较治疗前明显降低,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗组颈动脉IMT与治疗前相比,IMT明显变薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论活血愈脉方穴位敷贴能有效干预颈动脉粥样硬化患者病情,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To observe the effects of Huoxue Yumai recipe acupoint application on Yongquan（KI1） in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Based on the 1：1 matching principle, 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group took aspirin with 100 mg per day orally, and used acupoint application on Yongquan（KI1） with Chinese medicine. The control group took aspirin with 100 mg per day orally, and used acupoint application on Yongquan（KI1） with placebo wheat bran. The course of treatment is 6-month long for each group. The carotid IMT,blood lipid, C-reactive protein（CRP）, liver and kidney function of the patients in these two groups before and after the six-month treatment were observed. Results After 6 months of treatment, the blood lipid levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than that before treatment, and there were significant differences between these two groups（P〈0.0 5 or 0.01）. Comparing with that before treatment, the IMT in treatment group was apparently thinner, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Serious adverse reaction had not been found in these two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The Huoxue Yumai recipe acupoint application on Yongquan（KI1） has an effective intervention on carotid atherosclerosis, and it is also worthy of further study.
