补阳还五汤治疗心血管疾病研究进展

摘　　要：补阳还五汤有补气、活血、通络之功,是治疗因虚致瘀的经典方剂,为益气活血化瘀法的代表方。凡属气虚血瘀或在气虚血瘀基础上形成变证者,均可在补阳还五汤的基础上加减治疗。当时当下本方临床多应用于治疗脑血管疾病,而其在治疗心血管疾病方面的巨大作用往往被忽视。笔者参阅近10年的相关文献,对其在心血管疾病中的临床应用及现代研究方面的相关进展进行归纳,为补阳还五汤治疗心血管疾病的合理应用提供参考,同时推进补阳还五汤治疗心系疾病的临床应用和网络药理学的深入研究。Buyang Huanwu decoction has effect on tonifying qi and blood, dredging work, is the classic prescription for qi deficiency,and is the representative prescription of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation. Where is the qi and blood, or forming a permit in qi deficiency and blood stasis, the modified Buyang Huanwu decoction is available. At that time, the current clinical ap-plied it in the treatment of cerebral vascular disease, and its role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is often ignored. We re-ferred to the related literature in recent 10 years, the clinical application and modern research of related literatures was induced, and to provide reference for reasonable application of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treatment of cardiovascular disease, while promoting effect of clinical application and pharmacology of network research on Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating cardiovascular disease.
