摘　　要：以"执政为民、尊重科学、百折不挠、艰苦奋斗"为核心的"右玉精神",彰显了以人为本的价值取向:体现了以人为本、执政为民的执政观;体现了以人为本、政绩在民的政绩观;体现了以人为本、改善生态的生态观。＂Governing for the people, respecting science and hard work, and never yielding to difficulties＂, as the core of ＂ Youyu spirit＂, embodies the people-oriented value orientation, or rather, people-oriented governing concept of governing for the people, people-oriented performing concept of attributing the achievements to the people, people-oriented ecological concept of improving the ecology.
