品管圈在降低气囊导尿管留置导尿非计划拔管率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低留置尿管非计划拔管中的应用效果。方法成立"降低气囊导尿管留置导尿非计划拔管"为主题的品管圈,应用头脑风暴法集思广益,进行现状把握、收集资料、分析原因、制定措施、实施并观察结果,运用鱼骨图,最后确定其效果并标准化。结果成立品管圈前,本组患者的非计划拔管率是3.57%,护理满意度是91.07%,并发症发生率是14.29%;成立品管圈后,本组患者的非计划拔管率是0.96%,护理满意度是97.11%,并发症发生率是4.81%;本组患者在成立品管圈前后的护理满意度、非计划拔管率、并发症发生率组间数据对比均有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论品管圈在降低留置尿管非计划拔管中的应用效果肯定,且可有效提升患者护理满意度,有借鉴意义。Objective To explore the effect of the Quality Control Circle（Qcc） in reducing unplanned extubation of indwelling catheter. Methods A QCC with a theme of ＂reducing unplanned extubation of indwelling balloon catheter＂ was established. The brainstorming was used to control the current status, collect data, analyze the causes, make and implement corresponding measures and observe the results. Fishbone diagram was used to confirm the effect and then make it standard- ized. Results Before the establishment of Qcc, the unplanned extubation rate of the experimental group was 3.57% , its satisfaction rate with care was 91.07%, and complication rate was 14. 29%. After the establishment, the rate was 0. 96%, 97. 11%, 4. 81% respectively. There were statistical differences in comparison with the above rates among groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion QCC has positive effect on reduction of unplanned extubation of indwelling catheter and can improve the patients＇ satisfaction with care.
