摘  要:随着我国医药卫生体制改革的深入,建立科学的医疗绩效评价机制已被提上重要的历史日程,而我国目前的医疗绩效评价机制正处于起步阶段。笔者通过查阅参考文献,在调研的基础上结合实际初步探索构建遂宁市某县级公立医院绩效评价机制,并指出试运行后存在的不足,期望为其他基层医疗机构绩效评价机制的构建提供参考。With the ongoing China's medical and health system reform, the establishment of a scientific medical per- formance evaluation mechanism has been put on the important historical agenda, while China's current medical performance evaluation mechanism is at its initial stage. By looking up references and on the basis of research and preliminary explora- tions, this paper has established a performance evaluation mechanism for a public county - level hospital in Suining City, and pointed out the deficiencies after its trial operation. It is expected to provide references for the establishment of performance e- valuation mechanisms in other primary medical institutions.
