摘　　要：目的分析医院近3年来"创建节能型医院"的经验,阐述医院高效后勤管理对节能提出的要求。方法介绍在创建活动中医院各部门在后勤相关管理部门的统筹安排下协作共管,以及在实施中需要注意的环节。结果为医院高效运行和可持续发展提供科学的能源管理途径。结论医院领导重视,各部门齐抓共管多措并举,将是带来节能效益的有效途径。Objective To analyse the experience of ＂constructing a energy efficient hospital＂, this paper elaborated the requirements entailed by a more efficient logistics management of the hospital. Methods The collaboration and the co - regulation under the overall arrangement of the relevant administrative offices of each department of the hospital were elabora- ted in the activities and the implementation of link. Results A scientific method for the efficient operation and sustainable development of the hospital was worked out. Conclusion The hospital leaders＇ attaching great importance and the multiple measures taken by all the departments will be effective for the energy efficiency in the future.
