摘 要:通过采取抽样法对2014年1月-9月的病案1 836份进行终末质控,缺陷病案共383份,缺陷率为20.9%,对手工录入住院病历首页中患者基本信息容易出现错漏、工作效率低、病人办理资料时等候时间长等问题分析。进而采取利用医院信息化手段,将二代身份证读卡器应用到病历首页中,采取抽样法对2015年1月-9月的病案1 836份进行终末质控,缺陷病案共23份,缺陷率为1.2%。使用二代身份证读卡器,达到了提高工作效率和质量、缩短患者等候时间,提高患者满意度的目的。According to the terminal quality control on 1 836 sampling medical records between January and Septem- ber in 2014, the medical records with defects were 383, with defection rate of 20. 9% and the problems were analyzed, such as error - prone in the manual input of patients' basic information in the first page of hospitalized medical records, low effi- ciency and patients' long - time wait for formalities. Second generation ID card readers were applied to homepage of medical records through hospital information system. The medical records with defects were 23, with defection rate of 1.2% in ac- cordance with the terminal quality control on 1 836 sampling medical records between January and September in 2015. There- fore, the application of second generation ID card readers increased the efficiency and quality of information inputting, shorten patients' waiting time and improve patients' satisfaction.
