重组人干扰素α-2b联合膦甲酸钠治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨重组人干扰素a-2b栓联合膦甲酸钠氯化钠治疗人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染的临床效果。方法：选取无锡市人民医院妇产科自2015年1月-2015年12月收治的120例宫颈HPV感染患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例患者。对照组给予人重组干扰素a-2b栓治疗，治疗组给予人重组干扰素仅．2b栓联合膦甲酸钠氯化钠静脉滴注。治疗3个月后，比较两组患者的临床疗效、HPV转阴率及肾功能损害的发生情况。结果：治疗3个月后，治疗组治愈率为63．33％，明显高于对照组的43.33％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组有效率为91．67％，显著高于对照组的73．33％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组HPV转阴率为90．00％，显著高于对照组的68．33％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。治疗组治疗期间未见肾功能损害发生。结论：重组人干扰素a-2b栓联合膦甲酸钠氯化钠治疗宫颈HPV感染疗效较好，且安全性高。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon a-2b Suppository combined with foscarnet sodium chloride in the treatment of human papilloma virus （HPV） infection. Methods： 120 cases of cervical HPV infection admitted in the People＇s Hospital of Wuxi City from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 60 patients in each group. The control group received recombinant human interferon a-2b suppository treatment, while the treatment group received recombinant human interferon a-2b Suppository foscarnet sodium chloride intravenous infusion. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, HPV negative rate and occurrence of renal dysfunction of two groups were compared. Resldts： After 3 months of treatment, the cure rate was 63.33% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （43.33%）（P 〈0.05）; the effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher that of the control group （73.33%） （P〈0.05）; the HPV negative rate of treatment group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （68.33%） （P〈0.05）. No renal impairment occurs during the treatment. Conclusion： Recombinant human interferon a-2b Suppository combined with foscamet sodium chloride had both high efficacy and safety in the treatment of cervical HPV infection.
