摘　　要：在临床上发热伴肝脾淋巴结肿大的疾病种类繁多,可能为常见疾病,也可能为少见甚至罕见疾病,且涉及的科室比较多,及时准确做出正确诊断难度较大。文章阐述发热伴肝脾淋巴结肿大的临床诊断思路,从临床常见原因、重要的实验室检测、临床诊断思路及治疗策略等方面进行讨论,以期帮助临床医生对这类患者做出正确、及时的诊断。In the clinical practice, there are lots of diseases related to fever with hepatosplenomegaly and lymphadenectasis, It can be common disease or rare disease involving many departments. It is difficult for clinicians to make right diagnosis accurately in time. ＂Ibis article will discuss clinical diagnosis of diseases related to fever with hepatosplenomegaly and lymphadenectasis, concerning clinical common pathogenesis, important laboratory examinations, clinical diagnosis dues and treatment strategies, to help clinicians make accurate diagnosis in time.
