摘 要:钢渣-复掺纳米SiO_2混凝土是一种新型环保型混凝土,抗拉强度是混凝土耐久性能和抗裂性能的关键因素。为了研究钢渣掺量对混凝土的抗拉强度的影响,试验通过设置5个不同的钢渣掺量和相同的纳米SiO_2掺量,测试了钢渣混凝土和钢渣-复掺纳米SiO_2混凝土的轴心抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度。结果表明:养护龄期≥14 d时钢渣掺量为20%时混凝土的抗拉强度最高,且纳米SiO_2的加入能进一步提高混凝土抗拉强度;钢渣-复掺纳米SiO_2混凝土的轴心抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度呈现一致变化趋势,为其工程实际应用提供依据。Steel slag concrete with nanometer SiO2 is a new type of environment friendly concrete.The tensile strength is the key to decide durability and crack resistance of concrete.In order to study the affect of steel slag content on the tensile strength of concrete, axis tensile strength and splitting tensile strength of steel slag concrete and steel slag concrete with nanometer SiO2 were tested with five different steel slag content and the same dosage of nanometer SiO2 content.The results show that the tensile strength of concrete was maximum when steel slag content is 20% and curing age is greater than or equal to 14 days, what's more, the addition of nanometer SiO2 could further enhance the tensile strength of concrete.The axis tensile strength and splitting tensile strength of steel slag concrete with nanometer SiO2 showed consistent trends, this provides the basis for the engineering application.
