摘 要:组分及各组分的掺量对保温砂浆性能影响很大,为了研究它们对保温砂浆性能的影响,采用单因素试验分析了保温砂浆的组成对其干密度、抗压强度和吸水率的影响规律,为进一步探索保温砂浆性能提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:膨胀珍珠岩、引气剂和纤维素醚的掺量对保温砂浆干密度、抗压强度和吸水率影响较大,随着减水剂掺量和水胶比的增加,保温砂浆的干密度和抗压强度的变化趋势一致,粉煤灰可增强保温砂浆的抗压强度。The performance of thermal insulating mortar are influenced significantly by components and mixing amount.In order to re- search their effects on the performance of thermal insulating mortar ,single factor experiment is adopted to analyze the effect law of the component of thermal insulating mortar on its dry density, compressive strength and water absorption of the component of thermal insulat- ing mortar, which provides theoretical basis to further explore the performance of thermal insulating mortar.The results show that the mix- ing amount of expanded pearlite, air-entraining agent and cellulose ether have great influence on the dry density, compressive strength and water absorption of thermal insulating mortar.With the increasing of the mixing amount of water reducing agent and water-binder ratio, the change trends of the dry density and compressive strength of thermal insulating mortar are the same.Fly ash can enhance the compressive strength of thermal insulating mortar.
