摘  要:基于模糊综合评估理论,提出了一种评估混凝土用再生细骨料质量等级的方法。首先,将混凝土用再生细骨料划分为4个模糊质量等级,分别对应于优等、合格、基本合格与不合格4个状态,给出了不同质量等级再生细骨料适用的环境作用等级和工程类别。然后,选取表观密度、吸附砂浆含量、吸水率、坚固性、再生胶砂需水量比和再生胶砂强度比6个指标,界定各个指标对不同质量等级的最优区间。采用最优区间型隶属度函数确定各指标对各质量等级的隶属度。依据层次分析法确定各指标的权重,以质量等级评分值作为评定再生细骨料质量等级的唯一标准。最后,结合算例,验证了本方法的科学性与合理性。A fuzzy synthesis method for evaluating quality class of recycled concrete fine aggregate was proposed.Firstly, four fuzzy class- es are partitioned for the quality of recycled fine aggregate for concrete,which are excellent, eligible,basic qualified and unqualified respec- tively.Farther,their corresponding environment action grades and project categories were suggested.Six indices,bulk specific density,at- tached mortar content, water absorption, sturdiness, water demand ratio of recycled mortar, and compressive strength ratio of recycled mortar were adopted to evaluate the quality of recycled fine aggregate for concrete.For each quality class, the optimum intervals of all six indices are built up, and their memberships were calculated using the optimum interval membership function.The analytic hierarchy process method was used to obtain indices weights, and synthetic membership score was considered as quality class judgment standard after judgment matrix was calculated by fuzzy weighted average operator.Results show that the present evaluate method is objective and reliable.
