摘 要:针对不同结构参数的锥型节流阀阀口,分别分析了三角形(45°,53°,60°)、U形、矩形节流槽的特征,推导了各自的过流面积计算公式,并依据节流阀流量压差特性试验,利用Matlab程序进行处理,获得了不同阀芯锥型节流阀的流量系数。研究表明:锥型节流阀的流量系数不仅与系统压力、阀口开度有关,还与节流槽的结构有直接的关系。锥型节流阀的流量系数随着压力的升高而增大;随着阀口开度的增大而减小。53°和60°三角形节流槽阀芯的流量系数稳定性要好于其他3种结构,45°三角形节流槽阀芯的流量系数最不稳定。For cone valve throttle orifices with different structure parameters, first, the characteristics of triangular (45°, 53° and 60°), U-shape and rectangular throttling notches are analyzed and the corresponding calculation formulas of the valve port areas are deduced. Then, the flow coefficients of different valve cores in cone valve are obtained according to the experiments on the flow and pressure characteristics and the Matlab program. Results show that the flow coefficients of the cone valve are not only related to the system pressure and valve port area, but also related to the configuration feature. The flow coefficient of cone valve increases with the pressure, and it decreases with the increase in the orifice area. The stability of the flow coefficients of triangular valves with 53° and 60° throttle grooves is better than the other three kinds of structure; and the flow coefficients of triangular valve with 45° throttle groove is most unstable.
